Effect of Masnavi-based Poetry Therapy on Anxiety, Depression and Stress of Women with Breast Cancer

Background: Breast cancer patients’ psychological problems affect different aspects of their life, such as quality life and response to treatments. Objectives: This research aimed study the effectiveness Masnavi-based poetry therapy on anxiety, depression, stress in patients with breast cancer. Methods: The was conducted 91 They were divided into group (n = 31) no intervention control 60). attended six sessions weekly therapy. Depression, Anxiety Stress Scale-21 Items (DASS-21) questionnaires completed by before, one week, two months after intervention. Results: not significantly between groups at baseline.
